MT4 to cTrader Trade Copier
Repeat MetaTrader 4 trades onto cTrader follower accounts — demo accounts on both platforms.
An MT4 source account can drive cTrader followers, and the copy itself is the straightforward part: a position opens on MT4, so a position opens on each cTrader follower, and a close repeats in the same proportion. The work is either side of that loop, and it is almost always the instrument name. MT4 brokers write index CFDs closed up and abbreviated — US500, USTEC, GER40 — and some decorate a whole family with a leading hash, so the DAX arrives as #Germany40. cTrader brokers spell the same instruments with spaces: US 500, US TECH 100, GERMANY 40. One index, several strings, none of which a plain comparison matches. Demo accounts only on both platforms; live real-capital accounts aren't supported for now.

Capabilities
What the MT4 to cTrader Trade Copier does.
Index names are the thing to fix first
The order carries the instrument your MT4 account traded. If the cTrader follower's broker doesn't list that exact string there is nothing valid to place, so the copy is skipped rather than sent as an order the broker would reject. A repeater-level symbol remap translates the name — US500 to US 500, USTEC to US TECH 100, GER40 to GERMANY 40 — before each fill is submitted.
Suggested, never applied silently
Trepeat reads a cTrader account's symbol list the moment you add it, and when you create a mapping it proposes the matching name: it recognises the spaces cTrader uses in index names, broker decorations such as a trailing .r or m, and a curated list of instruments that go by different names. A suggestion is only ever offered — choosing the instrument an order lands on stays your call.
No cTrader password to hand over
The MT4 side takes a server name, account number and password, encrypted with libsodium authenticated encryption in Supabase Vault before it reaches our database. The cTrader side takes no password at all: you sign in with your cTrader ID on cTrader's own site, tick the trading accounts to authorise, and can withdraw that access from the same place later.
Sizing snapped to the cTrader follower's own step
cTrader expresses volume in units of the instrument, and how many units make a lot is a per-symbol figure rather than a constant — so each symbol's minimum, step and maximum are read from the follower's broker. Your repeater's sizing rule produces a lot size, that number is snapped to the follower symbol's step, and anything below its minimum is skipped rather than sent as an invalid order.
A netted cTrader follower is flagged when it counts
Every MT4 account behaves as hedging, but a cTrader account is Hedged or Netted, chosen when the broker created it. A netted follower merges same-symbol positions instead of opening a second, so the mirror stops being exact at the second copy on a symbol. Trepeat raises that alert at the moment a copy is about to stack on a symbol that follower already holds — the point at which its exposure actually stops matching the source.

Features
Built for prop traders.
Every feature you need to repeat trades reliably across multiple accounts — and nothing you don’t.
Real-Time Repeat Latency
WebSocket fills are detected the moment they happen and dispatched to every follower. On reconnect the engine closes copies whose source has already closed, and alerts you when it can't close one safely.
Live Floating P&L
Open trades update in real-time across every connected account. One unified view of source + follower performance, refreshed continuously without polling — and the same view on a phone or tablet, where tables become cards rather than shrinking.
Magic-Filter Safety
The engine only ever touches positions it placed. Your manual trades on the same broker account stay completely untouched — no accidental closes.
Reconnect Sweep & Auto-Reconnect
A reconnect sweep runs on a 30-second cycle whenever it finds something outstanding and backs off to 5-minute checks when there is nothing to fix. It closes a copy whose source has already closed, and when it cannot close one safely it alerts you instead. WebSocket auto-reconnects after disconnects.
Per-Repeater Risk Controls
Multiplier or equity-ratio sizing, max-volume cap, symbol allowlist + remapping — set per repeater. Equity-ratio auto-scales each follower to its size; pause any follower independently.
Trade Journal + Audit Log
Every repeated trade logged with timestamp, latency, status. Journal with P&L, screenshots, calendar view, and rating. System log for engine + connection events.
