MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 both size in lots, so your repeater's sizing rule (fixed multiplier or equity-ratio) applies unchanged in either direction. Where the two brokers name a symbol differently, add a repeater-level symbol remap once and every later fill uses it.
Real-time repetition
Real-time WebSocket streams from MetaAPI mean every source-account open and close (full or partial) repeats to follower accounts in real time — fast enough for scalping strategies, with a reconnect sweep that closes copies whose source has already closed, and an alert for any copy it cannot close safely.
Symbol remapping
Brokers name the same instrument differently — EURUSD on one, EURUSD.r on another, EURUSDm on a third. Set a repeater-level symbol remap once and every later fill uses it, so a strategy keeps working across mismatched broker symbol sets.
Per-repeater risk config
Each repeater sets one risk profile — multiplier or equity-ratio sizing, max-volume cap, symbol allowlist, and symbol remap — applied to all its followers. Equity-ratio sizing auto-scales each follower to its account size, so one source can drive a large funded account and a small demo account from the same strategy.
