Pricing and free trial

What an account costs, what counts as one, and how the free trial works.

Trepeat charges one price per connected broker account, the same on MT4, MT5 and cTrader. Every feature is included and repeaters are unlimited: what you pay for is the number of accounts.

The price

  • $15 per account per month, or $165 per account per year — one month free, $13.75 a month.
  • Tax included. The price shown is the price you pay, in every country: any VAT, GST or sales tax is part of it, never added on top. A business can enter its VAT number at checkout.
  • At least 2 accounts, a source and a follower, so the smallest bill is $30 a month or $330 a year.
  • Up to 20 accounts from the app. For more, email support@trepeat.com.

What counts as an account

Every account that is neither Archived nor deleted counts, whatever its platform or connection status: the source and each follower count one each, and a Standby or Disconnected account still counts. An Archived account does not. Repeaters never count — the same account in five repeaters is still one account.

The Accounts page shows how many of your paid accounts are in use, for example 3 of 5 paid accounts in use. Each cTrader trading account counts on its own, even when several share one cTrader ID.

Adding and removing accounts

While a paid account is free, adding an account uses it straight away, with no charge.

When every paid account is in use, Add Account offers to add one. It shows what is charged today — the price for the rest of the current billing period — and the full price from your next bill. Confirm, and the account is added once the payment goes through. Restoring an Archived account works the same way when no paid account is free.

Archiving or deleting an account never changes your bill. The account you paid for stays paid for until your next bill, and you can use it for another account at no cost — swapping a failed evaluation account for a new one mid-month costs nothing. If you no longer need it, lower your paid accounts.

Changing the number of paid accounts

Change it in Settings → Subscription, or from Manage on the Accounts page.

  • Raising it is charged straight away for the rest of the current billing period, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm, line by line with any tax. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in the page.
  • Lowering it takes effect from your next bill. Nothing is refunded for the current period.
  • Lowering it below the accounts you have connected warns you before saving. From the next bill, if more accounts are connected than paid for, you get an alert and 24 hours to archive or delete the extra accounts or add paid accounts; after that, running repeaters stop and Run is refused until they fit.

Monthly or yearly. You can go from monthly to yearly in two ways. Switch now: your monthly bill is credited for the days left and the year is charged straight away, with the exact amount shown first; this needs at least as many paid accounts as you have connected. Or switch at your next bill: nothing is charged today, and yearly starts at your next monthly bill, for the same or fewer accounts. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at your yearly renewal; nothing is refunded.

Card details, invoices and cancelling are in Manage billing under Settings → Subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

MetaTrader connection allowance

Each new MetaTrader connection has a one-off setup cost on our side, so MetaTrader accounts have a rolling 30-day allowance: 2 new connections for each paid account. Paying for 5 accounts allows up to 10 new MetaTrader connections in any 30 days. The Add Account form shows what is left. cTrader accounts have no such allowance.

Removed accounts still count until their additions fall outside the 30 days, and adding back an account you removed counts as a new connection: your trades, journal entries and settings come back with it, but the connection itself is set up from scratch. For the connection steps, see connecting MetaTrader or connecting cTrader.

The free trial

Try every feature free for 7 days on up to 3 cTrader accounts — no card needed. The limit counts accounts held at once: remove a cTrader account and you can add a different one instead.

MetaTrader starts with the subscription. MetaTrader accounts are not part of the trial. Adding one — or a cTrader account beyond the trial's 3 — offers Start subscription now, prefilled with the number of accounts you need. It shows the exact charge first, where you can also enter a promotion code; when you confirm, the trial ends and that number of accounts is charged to your card. Then you go back to where you were.

The number your trial converts at. When you start the trial you choose how many accounts to pay for once it ends, and you can change that number in Settings → Subscription until it does.

One free trial per cTrader account. A cTrader trading account that was already connected during someone else's free trial cannot be connected during a new one. Once you subscribe, the restriction no longer applies.

When the trial ends

  • With a card saved, your subscription starts for the number of accounts you chose and the card is charged. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
  • If the trial ends unpaid (no card saved, or you cancelled), your repeaters stop and the subscription ends. We email you before anything is deleted, and the account and its data are deleted about 30 days after the trial ended unless you subscribe before then.

A subscription you have paid for is different. If you cancel after paying, your repeaters stop at the end of the paid period and the account is archived rather than deleted: your accounts, trades and settings are kept, and subscribing again brings them back.
